サプライプランナー/ Supply Planner

A global cosmetics company is looking for a Supply Planner. The selected candidate will manage the supply planning process to ensure product availability while optimising costs and stock quality.

Responsibilities:

• Establish supply parameters in line with stock and service policies
• Analyse global demand variations and consolidate forecasts
• Conduct monthly and weekly supply planning and stock analysis
• Manage the replenishment process and prioritise with external suppliers
• Investigate shortages, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Monitor stock levels, slow movers, and define action plans

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning
• Experience in supply or production planning is a plus
• Prior engineering, math, or scientific background is a preferred
• Proven experience in SAP is ideal
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Business level Japanese and English
