サプライチェーンマネージャー/ Supply Chain Manager

A global vision care company is searching for a Supply Chain Manager. The qualified candidate will lead and drive end-to-end supply management strategically through both daily operational hands-on and tactical planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end product supply day-to-day operations from sourcing through customer order fulfilment for on-time delivery.
  • Drive supply stability through strong relationships with key stakeholders and improve the customer service KPI.
  • Follow the S&OP process and conduct strategic inventory planning with Global Supply Chain and Finance to achieve company objectives.
  • Logically understand sales forecasts, identify opportunities and risks of inventory, and act for better planning.
  • Lead new product launch projects from a supply chain standpoint, make reasonable assumptions on risks and opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally for successful launches.
  • Conduct continuous improvement methodologies in SCM with systemic processes; regularly validate and update process documentation and SOPs.
  • Demonstrate SOX compliance and be accountable for other audit matters in inventory control.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SCM for Oracle implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field such as business, finance, logistics, or information technology, is preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in supply and inventory management and SCM data or process analysis
  • 5-8 years of experience in the medical device industry is preferred
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (advanced is desirable)
  • Advanced level ERP and WMS operations
  • Excellent at analytical skills on KPI and further improvement
  • Project management skills on cross cross-functional team
  • Experience in project management of ERP implementation is preferred
  • Experience in complexity management of a wide range of roles is preferred
  • Proficient in Japanese and English
