シニアデマンドプランナー/ Sr. Demand Planner

An international medical devices manufacturer is searching for a Sr. Demand Planner. The chosen applicant will lead the SI&OP process to produce a high-confidence level demand plan in alignment with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Create the demand forecast by combining statistical analysis, market and customer information
• Advise the business unit on the best planning to efficiently implement the strategy while mitigating risks
• Monitor supply and inventory levels to ensure adequate service levels as well as avoid excess inventory
• Act as a leader and role model for excellent demand planning towards the team and other stakeholders
• Participate in creating high-performance Supply Chain processes
• Assist in monitoring supply and inventory levels to ensure adequate service levels as well as avoid excess inventory

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in Demand Planning
• Experience in implementing SI&OP processes is welcomed
• Experience in RapidResponse or similar planning systems is welcomed
• Background in demand planning, including statistical forecasting, market and customer analysis
• Proficient in various tools and systems (S&OP/SI&OP, SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Maestro, Tableau, Power BI)
• Understanding of supply chain and financial implications
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Business level Japanese and English
