調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

An international telecommunications company is searching for a Procurement Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement activities, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of telecommunications or enterprise network engineering services, including RFQ, bidding, and negotiation
• Oversee procurement of new suppliers, including logistics or engineering services and engineers
• Handle supplier management, procurement strategy planning, and maintain long-term partnerships
• Monitor the procurement process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 2 years of procurement experience in the data centre field is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Business level Japanese; fluent level Chinese; professional level English
