調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end sourcing and contract execution to drive value and operational resilience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing to contracting activities aligned with strategic category goals
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support supplier diversity and sustainability
• Oversee supplier performance and support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) strategies
• Implement and support risk mitigation plans in collaboration with category teams
• Drive efficiency in contract execution and identify process improvement opportunities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and prevent savings leakage across procurement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant domain
• More than 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or relevant business, or operations functions
• Experience managing teams and comprehensive knowledge of procurement operations
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is ideal
• Professional level Japanese and English
