調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

An international real estate services company is looking for a Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations aligned with client KPIs across IFM service lines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic sourcing and procurement activities for client requirements across all IFM service lines
• Implement sourcing strategies, manage RFPs, analyse bids, and liaise with client governance teams
• Allocate account resources to ensure successful service delivery
• Develop supply chain capabilities to meet business and client needs and drive B2B growth
• Maintain and manage sustainability, diversity, and inclusion strategies
• Represent the company in client meetings and ensure delivery of key materials and communications
• Lead negotiations and achieve savings targets, with proper tracking and reporting
• Manage framework relationships with preferred suppliers
• Provide regular reporting on KPIs, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing activities
• Oversee and develop the performance of Account Sourcing Specialists

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
• 5-10 years of S&P experience
• Experience in IFM services and supplier environment
• Strong project/resource management capabilities
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
