APACプロキュアメントリード/ APAC Procurement Lead

An international professional services firm is seeking an APAC Procurement Lead. The selected candidate will lead sourcing strategies, manage regional procurement teams to drive value in Technology and Talent categories.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop regional Technology and Talent procurement leads across APAC
• Act as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders, aligning procurement with business goals
• Develop and implement regional strategies for Technology and Talent procurement categories
• Mitigate risks through collaboration with risk management and supplier relationship teams
• Achieve functional procurement targets, including cost savings and spend under management
• Lead procurement project pipeline development aligned with category strategy
• Drive adoption of global procurement policies and processes among stakeholders
• Oversee RFPs, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing execution
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, providing category insights and updates
• Lead sourcing initiatives, from strategy setting to contracting, ensuring policy compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in Procurement
• Practical experience in category leadership roles with a focus on Indirect Procurement, especially Technology or Talent
• Experience in culturally diverse organisations
• Proficient in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and digital procurement tools
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Possess valid Procurement certifications (CPM, CIPS)
• Professional level Japanese and English
