オペレーションセクションマネージャー/ Operations Section Manager

An international luxury brand is looking for an Operations Section Manager. The selected candidate will oversee logistics and warehousing for the Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewellery divisions, driving operational efficiency and managing 3PL partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Optimise end-to-end logistics procedures for selling items and promotional materials
• Liaise with Fashion and WFJ divisions to ensure timely stock delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and 3PL partners to fulfil business needs and audit requirements
• Lead and develop a team of direct and agency staff
• Manage 3PL vendors to enhance service levels and control costs
• Redesign logistics workflows to optimise warehousing and related costs
• Create and manage logistics-related budgets
• Lead and participate in projects, including ERP upgrades and global initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in logistics within multinational consumer goods or luxury retail
• Practical experience in warehouse management through a 3PL partner
• Experience with ERP/WMS
• Prior project management experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English
