ウェアハウスオペレーションスペシャリスト/ Warehouse Operation Specialist

A global semiconductor company is seeking a Warehouse Operation Specialist. The selected candidate will manage 3PL performance, optimise logistics processes, and ensure cost-effective, on-time material delivery to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Optimise logistics processes, including standardisation, simplification, and reporting
• Manage reverse logistics and resolve operational system issues
• Control 3PL accuracy in outbound shipments, returns, and inventory
• Monitor daily warehouse backlogs and ensure performance against KPIs
• Oversee logistics cost reviews, monthly 3PL payments, and budget analysis
• Support logistics projects, including SAP-WMS interface, warehouse expansion, and cost-saving initiatives
• Implement corrective actions for operational errors and manage risk and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain management and administrative operations
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain processes
• Skilled in managing 3PL warehouse providers
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage logistics projects, including stakeholder and cost management
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
