ロジスティクスオペレーション シニアマネージャー/ Logistics Operations Senior Manager

A renowned internet technology company is seeking a Logistics Operations Senior Manager. The selected candidate will lead optimisation efforts for international eCommerce logistics operations in Japan. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and improve logistics operations with local service providers
• Drive project optimisation in line with international logistics goals
• Analyse operational data to identify and resolve performance issues
• Conduct field research and site visits to address root causes
• Collaborate with logistics partners to enhance service quality
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in first mile and last-mile delivery operations
• Prior experience with traditional fast-moving logistics operations
• Proven experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus
• Background in supply chain, logistics management, industrial engineering, or a relevant domain
• Proficient in Mandarin
