物流スペシャリスト/ Logistics Specialist

A global chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Logistics Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee warehouse coordination, system operations, and stock control. This is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics with external warehouses and stakeholders
• Handle labelling requests and regulatory relabelling coordination
• Coordinate cargo transfers and photo documentation for stakeholders
• Reconcile monthly inventory data between internal system and warehouse records
• Process purchase requisitions and manage material movement transactions
• Support complaint resolution, system user account setup, and master data updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Experience in supply chain management or logistics
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English; professional level Japanese
