セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager
A multinational logistics company is seeking a Sales Manager for its Pharma & Healthcare division. The selected candidate will lead business development and retention strategies to drive growth and profitability within the vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable commercial programs to drive profitable growth across the national network
- Lead financial planning, setting and reviewing revenue, GP, and cost budgets
- Implement marketing strategies to strengthen vertical branding and customer engagement
- Define value propositions and drive targeted lead generation with the Marketing team
- Oversee the execution of annual sales plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Direct customer-facing teams to optimise sales revenue and relationship management
- Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for additional projects
- Align operations and account management for efficient onboarding and client retention
Requirements:
- More than 5 years in general management within large-scale service businesses or visionary start-ups, preferably in logistics or MNCs
- Proven experience in commercial and operational functions
- Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and strategic communication
- Ability to foster internal and business partnerships
