A global consumer goods company is looking for a Customer Service and Logistics professional. The selected candidate will support system operations, logistics coordination, and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily system transactions and troubleshoot business system issues
• Lead system implementation and conduct functional testing
• Manage costs related to CS activities, including purchase orders and billing
• Improve business processes and ensure alignment with system operations
• Provide backup support for daily logistics and customer service tasks
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and system vendors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
• Maintain operational manuals and procedures
• Prepare regular reports

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in logistics
• Practical experience in business system implementation, user testing and support
• Proven experience in business system maintenance and administration is ideal
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Understanding of Import/export management is desired
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and SAP
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues with suppliers
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
