カスタマーサービスおよびロジスティクス/ Customer Service and Logistics
A global consumer goods company is looking for a Customer Service and Logistics professional. The selected candidate will support system operations, logistics coordination, and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily system transactions and troubleshoot business system issues
- Lead system implementation and conduct functional testing
- Manage costs related to CS activities, including purchase orders and billing
- Improve business processes and ensure alignment with system operations
- Provide backup support for daily logistics and customer service tasks
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and system vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
- Maintain operational manuals and procedures
- Prepare regular reports
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in logistics
- Practical experience in business system implementation, user testing and support
- Proven experience in business system maintenance and administration is ideal
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Understanding of Import/export management is desired
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and SAP
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues with suppliers
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
