グローバルプロダクトマネージャー/ Global Product Manager

An international optical company is looking for a Global Product Manager. The selected candidate will drive product innovation and lead cross-functional projects to deliver impactful B2B2C strategies across international markets. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Propose and develop innovative, consumer-focused products
• Lead global product development with R&D, Supply Chain, NPI, and Marketing teams
• Analyse trends and insights to shape strategy and category growth
• Translate technical features into compelling marketing content
• Co-create campaigns with country teams and support smooth deployment
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to deliver storytelling assets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field
• More than 5 years in product or marketing management in a global/regional setting
• Experience working with creative/content agencies
• Strong passion for technology and ability to simplify complex ideas
• Proficient in English
