グループプロダクトマーケティングマネージャー/ Group Product Marketing Manager

A multinational beauty and personal care company is looking for a Group Product Manager or Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will lead brand marketing strategy, develop growth plans, and drive innovative campaigns to enhance product success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement omnichannel brand strategy across B2B, B2C, and business-centric approaches
• Create growth plans, including pricing strategies and product launch roadmaps
• Oversee brand equity, marketing campaigns, and touchpoint consistency
• Lead sales forecasting, budget management, and stakeholder collaboration
• Manage and develop a high-performing marketing and product team
• Align strategies with local, regional, and global teams

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of marketing management experience
• Practical experience in hair care category and brand building
• Prior experience in premium/luxury sectors or products
• Strong financial knowledge, including P&L and sales forecasts
• Expertise in omnichannel marketing, media planning, and content strategy
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Fluent level English
