A global communications firm is seeking a Bilingual Creative Lead. The selected candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans while leading a design team.

Responsibilities:

• Create full 360° marketing plans including brand strategy, mood boards, and communication collateral
• Lead design team in developing brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency
• Oversee visual asset creation ensuring alignment with brand equity
• Collaborate with project managers to define KPIs and create detailed marketing execution plans
• Ensure high-quality content delivery within timeline and budget
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all project deliverables

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in a communications agency as a creative lead
• Experience in utilising AI tools to create content output
• Skilled in developing a comprehensive brand communication strategy
• Proficient in design, trends, imagery, and typography in English and Japanese cultures
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluent level Japanese and English
