グローバルマーケティングスペシャリスト/ Global Marketing Specialist

A global chemical and consumer goods manufacturer is hiring a Global Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will drive marketing initiatives and lead product development projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hair color product development projects independently using marketing expertise
• Oversee NPD planning including insights, targeting, concept, production, COG control, and pricing
• Define compelling USP and craft unique product and communication narratives
• Develop and manage integrated marketing tools and campaigns across online and offline channels
• Monitor and report on project KPIs to HQ and regional teams
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, partners, agencies, and local markets

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in marketing
• Experience in global and regional roles developing product category brand strategies and activity at consumer goods company
• Prior experience in NPD or 360 marketing, on/offline communication (hair care or skin/body care is preferred)
• Proven experience in KPI tracking
• Skilled in brand communication, PR, NPD, marketing, and digital marketing
• Good project management skills
• Business level English and Japanese
