パフォーマンスマーケティングマネージャー/ Performance Marketing Manager

An international sleep technology company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will lead digital acquisition campaigns, drive customer growth, and optimise media performance across key channels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, CTV, Programmatic, and Affiliate
• Own and track performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test messaging and improve ad assets
• Leverage first-party and behavioural data to personalise media and segment target audiences
• Manage external partners, including agencies, platforms, and media vendors
• Monitor campaign budgets and implement real-time optimisations
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging performance media strategies

Requirements:

• More than 5 years in performance marketing, ideally within eCommerce or DTC
• Proven experience in optimising campaigns and scaling digital media efficiently
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, and analytics tools
• Ability to interpret data with strong analytical and Excel skills
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
