A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Multi-Channel Engagement Manager. The selected candidate will drive customer engagement strategies through effective channel selection, content development, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Define optimal channel mix for customer segments and align with marketing for execution
• Leverage digital tools and content to enhance customer engagement
• Extract insights from data analytics tools to support strategic decisions
• Coordinate with creative teams to deliver engaging content and visuals
• Partner with analytics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness
• Apply performance data to continuously improve engagement tactics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business administration, or a relevant domain
• More than 3 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing
• Experience in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns
• Prior customer analysis or other digital marketing/customer insight related experience
• Proficient in data analysis and market research tools is ideal
• Fluent level written and spoken Japanese and English
