Head of Creator Marketing

A global beverage manufacturer is seeking a Head of Creator Marketing. The selected candidate will drive strategic creator marketing initiatives, build relationships with influencers, and ensure brand alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a localised creator marketing strategy aligned with global objectives
• Build and manage a strong network of creators, influencers, and entertainment industry partners
• Oversee talent management, ensuring impactful collaborations and content authenticity
• Integrate creators into events, brand initiatives, and product campaigns to enhance engagement
• Monitor trends, expand the creator roster, and ensure strategic brand positioning
• Lead a small team, oversee performance, and continuously optimise creator marketing programs
• Set up exceptional creator experiences and collaborations across relevant platforms and events
• Pitch new talents to expand the creator pool and stay ahead of industry trends
• Support cross-functional teams by integrating creators into marketing and product initiatives
• Maintain strong product integration within creator content to enhance brand visibility

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience within Creators/ Social Media Influencers industry or relevant business, media, and event production
• More than 3 years of experience managing people and project teams
• Understanding of the Creator Marketing scene
• Knowledge of entertainment and creators’ industry
• Fluent level Japanese and English
