マーケティングディレクター/ Marketing Director

An international academic institution is looking for a Marketing Director. The selected applicant will be responsible for ensuring the school's growth through the development and implementation of a robust marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, write, develop and implement the school’s marketing and communications strategy
• Undertake continuous analysis of market trends and demands of local families
• Manage an agency to enhance our digital presence and reach the target audience
• Work closely with the admissions team to understand the needs of current and prospective parents
• Lead and implement the school’s digital marketing plan
• Take responsibility for branding guidelines, including logo, colours, signage, publications and communications
• Manage relationships with media and lead all public relations activities on behalf of the school

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field
• Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and digital campaign coordination
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and connect with parents' perspectives on education
• Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences
• Experience in international schools or education-related marketing is a plus
• Background in event management, public relations, or community engagement is preferred
• Business level Japanese and English
