We specialise in Executive Search and Thought Leadership, helping businesses connect with top talent and industry insights. We are seeking a creative and strategic Content & Campaign Marketing Executive to join our team in Tokyo and elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and curate engaging content (written & visual) tailored for the Japan market across multiple channels (website, blog, social media) to strengthen brand awareness and generate leads
• Develop and execute year-round marketing campaigns to support our Japan business, particularly in Executive Search & Thought Leadership
• Collaborate with our Global Marketing Campaign Manager to localise and adapt global content for the Japanese market
• Take leadership in rolling out and managing key social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) from strategy to execution
• Act as the key content creator and strategist for our company spokespeople, including our Tokyo Managing Director
• Establish and expand partnerships with organisations, influencers, and key clients (e.g., American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, Nike, top Instagram influencers) to drive brand engagement
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including our international team of sales recruitment consultants
• Utilise external research agencies for content creation (e.g., surveys, white papers) when needed
• Monitor and analyse competitor media channels to identify trends and opportunities
• Write and edit high-quality copy for various marketing materials

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, campaign management, and social media marketing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from strategy to execution
• Experience working with external research and creative agencies
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions and cultural backgrounds
• Native-level Japanese and near-native English proficiency
