カスタマーエンゲージメントマネージャー/ Customer Engagement Manager

A foreign pharmaceutical company is searching for a Customer Engagement Manager. The selected applicant will be in charge of planning and implementing strategies to build and develop digital capability. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a roadmap for the strategy implementation and, in collaboration with peers and the leadership team drive execute the plan
• Improve digital capabilities in the organisation
• In collaboration with the marketing develop product-specific customer engagement strategies
• In collaboration with Medical Affairs, develop medical education and disease awareness programs
• Ensure alignment with global digital, AI and customer engagement strategy
• Develop and manage BI tools (QLIK), CRM system (Veeva), as well as other core systems and data management

Requirements:

• Experience managing Veeva CRM, QLIK
• People management experience
• Experience in digital marketing is a must, but pharma experience is not a strict requirement
• Prior experience with digital or omnichannel marketing in Pharma
• Pharma-related industries, such as but not limited to Salesforce, Veeva, AKTANA,
  IQVIA, LEK or ZS
• Background in regulated B2B industries such as medical devices, food supplements, medical equipment, etc.
• Business level English
