マーケティングアナリスト／サイエンティスト/ Marketing Analyst/Scientist

A multinational eCommerce company is hiring a Marketing Analyst/Scientist. The selected candidate will analyse campaign performance, customer behavior, and market data to inform marketing strategy and drive growth. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse marketing campaigns and customer segmentation to guide strategic decisions
• Develop predictive models and attribution frameworks for campaign optimisation
• Build dashboards and reports to visualise customer insights and performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align analytics with business goals
• Translate objectives into measurable KPIs and analytical frameworks
• Leverage data science to maximise ROI and marketing effectiveness

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing analytics, user behaviour analysis, or data science roles within marketing and advertising industry
• Prior experience with marketing campaign analysis, A/B testing, segmentation, and customer journey analytics
• Proven experience in marketing performance analysis and optimisation
• Skilled in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R) for analysing large assets
• Background with machine learning techniques for predictive modelling, customer segmentation, and recommendation systems is a plus
• Understanding of marketing attribution models and campaign effectiveness measurement
• Business level English
