CRMスペシャリスト/ CRM Specialist
A global luxury retail company is seeking a CRM Specialist. The selected candidate will drive customer engagement and loyalty through strategic CRM planning, execution, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer retention and lifetime value
- Manage and maintain CRM databases and oversee system enhancements in collaboration with global and local teams
- Analyse customer data to define target segments and craft activation plans
- Promote clienteling by enabling store teams with tools and customer insights for personalised service
- Coordinate in-store activations and ensure alignment with CRM objectives
- Report key CRM metrics to stakeholders to drive accountability and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in CRM at a fashion or luxury retail brand or similar industries
- Experience in email marketing
- Ability to manage CRM database and concepts
- Native level Japanese; business level English
