ブランドマネージャー/ Brand Manager

A global food and beverage company is looking for a Brand Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic and creative marketing initiatives to build brand awareness across B2B and B2C channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align resources with impactful results
• Build brand awareness through events, collaborations, SNS campaigns, media exposure, and advertising
• Coordinate with the U.S. marketing team to ensure global brand consistency
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategies
• Manage project timelines, execution, and budgets effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive execution
• Establish relationships with communities, influencers, and media for brand promotion
• Plan and manage press releases, media opportunities, and brand collaborations

Requirements:

• Proficient in chat, email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritise initiatives effectively
• Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example
• Native level Japanese; business level English
