グローバルブランド戦略/ Global Brand Strategy

A Global Brand Strategy role is now open in an international consumer goods manufacturer. The selected applicant will build a Global Brand Strategy, Brand Communication, and Brand Activation to meet company targets.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage Beauty and Fashion trends into inspiring actionable collections for B2B and B2C audiences
• Implement Engaging events to foster loyalty among B2B customers
• Proactively engage with local markets to ensure excellent knowledge of countries’ needs and trends, steer implementation in countries and facilitate best practices sharing among markets
• Define and monitor KPIs and recommend corrective measures if needed
• Recommend and monitor budget
• Team Management: recruitment, motivation, development as well as organisation design recommendations to manager

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of successful Brand Development or Brand Communication experience or Brand Activation Management position
• Sharp conceptualisation and copywriting skills
• Experience in beauty or premium brands is a plus
• Work experience in a multinational environment is a plus
• Experience in creative agencies is a plus
• Expertise in digital is a plus
• Professional level English (Japanese and other Asian languages are advantageous)
