シニアリーガルマネージャー/ Senior Legal Manager

A global leader in beverage industry is seeking a Senior Legal Manager. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive legal support, manage cross-departmental projects, and ensure legal compliance in business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Scrutinise and provide legal support to ensure full implementation of operational processes
• Analyse legal risks related to business strategies, propose solutions, and support the execution of plans
• Advise on legal examinations, draft, and negotiate documents for external transactions
• Share relevant legal information with departments to ensure cohesive legal support
• Participate in cross-departmental projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Assist in the formulation of strategies for organisational management and department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or equivalent education
• More than 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs with expertise in M&A and business law
• Proven experience in contract law and legal risk management
• Skilled in drafting legally binding contracts and identifying risks
• Possess a valid legal qualification in Japan, the United States, or a jurisdiction with an equivalent legal system
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English (TOEIC 700+)
