リーガルマネージャー/ Legal Manager

A leading medical device company is hiring a Legal Manager. The selected candidate will oversee legal matters, ensure data protection, drive compliance, and manage contracts. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and act as liaison to external counsel on business issues
• Identify risks and implement preventative measures in legal and compliance matters
• Lead data protection initiatives and manage personal information governance
• Develop and enforce compliance policies across the organisation
• Oversee contract drafting, review, and internal approval processes
• Conduct legal and compliance training and lead relevant internal committees

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in legal/compliance as a business partner type of role in the commercial organisation
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
• Knowledge on business compliance, commercial contact, privacy law, and business critical legal regulations
