契約マネージャー/ Contract Manager

A renowned non-profit organisation is seeking a Contract Manager. The selected candidate will oversee supplier contracts, ensure compliance, and drive operational improvements across programs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract management activities including planning, prioritisation, and enquiry handling
• Support program leadership by providing insights to enhance contract-driven operational efficiency
• Advise on negotiation and re-negotiation of supplier contracts and ensure policy alignment
• Monitor contract compliance, manage risk, and support audit readiness
• Analyse contract data to offer strategic recommendations and optimise workflows
• Collaborate on financial processes including invoice validation, payments, and cost tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in management within the field of contract management
• Prior experience in contract management, contracting, and a relevant legal domain
• Proven experience managing commercial contracts (buy or sell side)
• Understanding of good practice in programme or project management
• Knowledge of Japanese contract law and statutory requirements
• Proficient in written and verbal English; proficient in written and verbal Japanese (C2+)
