カスタマーアカウントマネージャー/ Customer Account Manager
A multinational digital security company is hiring a Customer Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage key customer relationships, driving service adoption, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for SaaS customers and build strong relationships
- Support the full customer journey from onboarding through renewal to ensure long-term success
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer integration
- Monitor service usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise product usage and customer value
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and identifying up-sell opportunities
- Educate customers on new product features and ensure alignment on strategic goals
- Lead contract and pricing renewals while minimising risk and maximising value
- Provide accurate revenue and resource forecasts using internal CRM tools
- Conduct customer health checks and proactively resolve renewal risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- More than 5 years in a sales or account management role within Financial Institutions or FinTech
- Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex sales processes
- Strong understanding of Japan's domestic payment ecosystem, including FeliCa
- Proficient in SaaS/cloud technology and agile delivery models in financial services
- Awareness of payment cards and the personalisation industry
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically
- Native level Japanese; proficient in English
