ビジネス開発代表/ Business Development Representative

A global financial technology company is looking for a Business Development Representative. The selected candidate will identify and engage with prospective merchants in Japan, promoting payment and eCommerce solutions that support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Promote product ecosystem to prospective merchants using storytelling and case studies
• Research and identify merchants in Japan who fit the ecosystem
• Conduct multi-channel outreach via social media, email, and phone to qualify leads
• Schedule meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
• Maintain accurate documentation and sales data using Salesforce
• Stay current on product, industry, and market trends
• Collaborate with Australia-based sales teams and contribute to global initiatives
• Meet and exceed business development goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Practical experience in a qualifying or prospecting sales role
• Experience conducting multi-channel outreach
• Proficient in sales-related analytics and CRM tools
• Passion for technology and fast-changing environments
• Proficient in Japanese and English
