QAエンジニア/ QA Engineer

A global software development company is looking for a QA Engineer/ Lead QA Engineer. The selected candidate will plan and execute QA strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimise quality and user experience. This is a temp to perm role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement QA strategies for quality control
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders on quality initiatives
• Design QA processes with emphasis on user experience
• Coordinate with developers to perform testing and improve workflows
• Recommend usability improvements to enhance UX
• Monitor and optimise quality performance metrics

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in quality assurance
• More than 3 years of experience in a QA lead or management role is a plus
• More than 2 years of experience collaborating with product or business teams
• Experience in an IT/Web-based company
• Prior experience in QA for B2B SaaS products is preferred
• Knowledge of UX and usability improvement is ideal
• Proficient in Japanese
