シニアプロジェクトマネージャー/ Senior Project Manager

A renowned financial services company is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Equity Technology Regulatory Compliance. The selected candidate will lead IT initiatives, ensuring compliance with JFSA and JSDA regulations. This is a temp-to-perm role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex projects for the Equity Desk using project management methodologies
• Oversee project governance with a focus on regulatory compliance and legal implications
• Conduct business analysis for equity capital market systems
• Coordinate cross-functional technology and business teams
• Ensure technology initiatives align with regulatory standards and business objectives
• Prepare and manage documentation for JFSA and JSDA audit processes
• Bridge communication between technical, business, and compliance teams
• Implement project management and risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of project management experience in financial services or capital markets
• Proven experience with JFSA and JSDA audit processes
• Extensive experience managing complex projects in regulated environments
• Prior experience with project management methodologies
• Experience with financial system development is ideal
• Deep understanding of capital markets regulations and legal frameworks
• Familiarity with project management tools, software development lifecycle, cloud/infrastructure technologies, and financial technology infrastructure
• Basic programming or systems engineering knowledge
• Understanding of technical project management principles
• Comprehensive understanding of financial regulatory requirements
• Background in capital markets and regulatory compliance is a plus
• Near native conversational level Japanes; professional level English
