プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

An international IT company is searching for a Project Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project deadlines and deliverables are met according to time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects according to contract specifications

• Ensure all projects adhere to scope, schedule, technical and contractual baselines
• Initiate, plan, execute, and close processes which include the development of the scope of work
• Manage clients’ expectations, requirements, and perceptions about the implementation process
• Resolve complex project issues using independent decision-making and negotiation skills
• Remotely manage multi-skilled, multicultural teams of customers, partners, third parties, consultants, and engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, engineering, or any relevant field
• Experience working with Agile Methodology
• Demonstrable project management experience in a consulting, life sciences environment
• Ability to successfully work on multiple projects ranging from 3 months to 3 years in duration, project teams from 5 to 50 participants, and project budgets from $250K to $3M
• Practical experience in a life sciences GxP environment is preferred
• Demonstrable practical experience of working with IT systems implementation
• Experience in Computer Systems Validation is advantageous
• Experience working with Japan-based companies is a plus
• Experience with validation and SDLC methodology is preferred
• Knowledge of GAMP V is preferred
• Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional Certification, SCRUM Master, or related certifications are strongly preferred
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2+); written and verbal English is a plus
