マーケティングマネージャー/ Integrated Marketing Manager
An international fintech company is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager (Contractor). The selected candidate will lead brand awareness initiatives, collaborate with internal and external teams, and optimise marketing campaigns for maximum impact. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies based on customer insights and competitive dynamics
- Write clear and effective briefs outlining campaign goals and strategies
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain brand consistency while localising strategies for Japan
- Manage media agencies for multi-channel campaigns, including TV, radio, digital, and social media
- Oversee creative development and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand and market needs
- Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively and tracking expenses
- Adapt global marketing content for Japan and develop region-specific strategies
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Communications teams to execute go-to-market programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in marketing or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in go-to-market strategies and executing marketing campaigns in Japan
- Hands on experience working with global teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with small and medium-sized businesses is ideal
- Prior FinTech industry experience is a plus
- Experience in brand partnerships and collaborations is desired
- Expertise in media planning across TV, OOH, digital, and events
- Budget management proficiency and data analysis capabilities
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media engagement strategies is preferred
- Fluent level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
