A global technology company is looking for a Japan CFS Lead. The selected candidate will oversee configuration services operations, ensuring smooth system integration, reporting, and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy asset tags and track systems across service stages
• Configure systems including HDD partitioning, software imaging, and BIOS settings
• Maintain detailed reports of all configuration activities
• Develop and optimise tools for build and test automation
• Collaborate with project managers to define and improve build processes
• Train and guide team members on configuration workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-8 years of experience in IT as a configuration engineer in a medium to large corporate setting
• Experience within IT services and working with field service providers
• Understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft products
• Knowledge of SOE/MOE image creation and deployment, SCCM 2012 or 2016, Windows 10/11, etc.
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
