リーンマネージャー/ Lean Manager

A global biomedical research company is looking for a Lean Manager. The selected candidate will lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead organisation-wide improvement projects to boost efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Drive Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives to achieve measurable operational gains
• Analyse data to identify challenges and create targeted improvement plans
• Promote a continuous improvement culture through employee engagement
• Implement lean best practices and reduce process waste
• Facilitate workshops and training to build problem-solving capabilities

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience leading process improvement initiatives in a complex operational setting
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing organisational change is ideal
• Prior experience in the life sciences, manufacturing, or laboratory operations sectors is a plus
• Understanding of structured problem-solving methodologies and process improvement frameworks
• Skilled in leading Kaizen and Lean projects to deliver tangible improvements
• Possess valid Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent lean certification is advantageous
• Proficient in English and Japanese
