サービスデリバリーマネージャー/ Service Delivery Manager

A global IT services company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager. The selected candidate will lead solution design, client coordination, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales to define customer requirements
• Communicate proposed IT solutions to customers and partners
• Validate pricing structures and recommend improvements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer solution delivery
• Act as a technical liaison between offshore teams and clients
• Oversee project delivery including planning, stakeholder engagement, and reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in leading datacenter execution and operations teams
• Prior experience in datacenter project management
• Prior experience managing global datacenter engagement is a plus
• Proven experience in cloud migration is ideal
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure in datacenter (Server, Storage, Middleware, Cloud, etc.)
• Understanding of on-premises and cloud datacenters management
• Bilingual level English and Japanese
