IAMテクニカルリード/ IAM Technical Lead

A global insurance company is seeking an IAM Technical Lead. The selected candidate will design, implement, and maintain secure SSO and IAM infrastructure across enterprise systems. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Act as main technical contact for operational and application project teams
• Design and implement custom SSO solutions using reverse proxy and middleware
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM, Azure NGINX, and SSO-related issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering build, implementation, and limitations
• Validate solutions against non-functional requirements such as security and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience performing large scale deployments using Ping Software Suite
• Knowledge of Cloud technology (Azure PaaS, SaaS solutions)
• Understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with VMware virtualisation technologies
• Skilled in driving company’s DevOps culture and mentor others
• Business level English and Japanese
