地域データセンターセールスリード/ Regional Data Center Sales Lead

A leading telecommunications equipment manufacturer is seeking a Regional Data Center Sales Lead. The selected candidate will drive sales growth and build strong client relationships for Data Center solutions in the Webscale and Enterprise markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Data Center Fabric, Gateway, and automation solutions
• Engage and educate Webscale, cloud, and enterprise customers on advanced DC solutions
• Build trust through consultative selling and industry expertise
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling value propositions
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen brand presence
• Manage sales pipelines via CRM and ensure competitive technical and commercial offers

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in the networking industry (data center switching and routing technologies enabling cloud services, AI/ML training and inference requirements)
• Experience in sales hunting and new account break through (major cloud providers and hyperscalers
• Knowledge of Webscale, Enterprise, and Government networking infrastructure requirements
• Skilled in data center architectures and emerging technologies (software automation)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level English
