Consulting Director

A multinational business intelligence company is looking for a Consulting Director. The selected candidate will lead consulting engagements, manage project delivery, and support strategic client development in the semiconductor sector. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing consulting team with strong domain expertise
• Define team objectives, oversee resource allocation, and ensure collaboration to meet project goals
• Manage and deliver custom research projects in the semiconductor sector
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and synthesis
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction
• Drive bid management processes and lead proposal development for key opportunities
• Build client relationships and support consulting proposition development
• Collaborate with account management and internal stakeholders to expand business presence
• Prepare reports, presentations, and support strategic planning initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in the semiconductor or related technology industry
• Proven experience in leading consulting projects and managing client engagements
• Deep understanding of regional and sector-specific industry trends
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and tools like Tableau or BI
• Ability to manage large-scale projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people development skills
