ITサービスセールスコンサルタント/ IT Services Sales Consultant

An international SaaS company is hiring an IT Services Sales Consultant. The selected candidate will drive solution-based sales by identifying client needs and delivering strategic service offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise to support field sales in closing solution deals
• Sell a full suite of services, including Installation, Help Desk, Managed Services, and Software Maintenance
• Build strong client relationships through consultative sales and ROI-focused proposals
• Target senior-level contacts at global accounts and secure executive-level funding
• Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals and ensure smooth solution delivery
• Assess customer needs, define strategy, evaluate risks, and align solutions accordingly
• Lead bid strategy, proposal creation, pricing terms, and customer presentation
• Negotiate contracts, secure legal sign-off, and coordinate with finance and service teams
• Analyse post-sales performance, identify upsell opportunities, and support renewals
• Maintain sales funnel and meet individual and shared sales quotas
• Travel regularly across Japan to engage with key clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of sales account management experience
• Knowledge in retail services industry
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across Japan
