IT SAPコンサルタント / IT SAP Consultant

A global material solutions company is looking for an IT SAP Consultant. The selected candidate will analyse, implement, and optimise SAP and MES solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support complex user requests and resolve escalations
• Lead IT implementation projects and prepare training materials
• Map processes, document workflows, and enhance system standardisation
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to address support issues
• Design, test, and enhance software or applications to meet business needs
• Maintain up-to-date skills for software applications development
• Prepare and manage MES documentation
• Set up and troubleshoot BOM and part classifications
• Interface MES with ERP and optimise production processes
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to improve production

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business/technical field
• More than 5 years of IT experience
• More than 3 years of experience in SAP support
• More than 3 years of experience with MES disciplines, process planning and execution and Quality Management
• More than 2 years of experience in full cycle implementations including scoping, planning, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and Post Go-Live support
• Prior experience in ERP implementation and MES disciplines
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations
• Proficient in Java, C#, ASP.net Core, SQL Server, and J-Query MVC
• Knowledge of SAP modules
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
