A global technology consulting firm is looking for a Digital Workplace Consultant. The selected candidate will work closely with clients to analyse needs, design solutions, and implement Microsoft 365-based business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate in-person and digital workshops
• Conduct client analysis and develop improvement proposals
• Design conceptual and technical solutions for Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
• Manage minor projects and budgets
• Prepare technical and user documentation for operations handover
• Facilitate technical and user training to internal and external clients

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the broader Microsoft 365 platform)
• Prior experience designing and deploying applications on the SharePoint platform
• Proven experience in developing client delivery strategies and roadmaps
• Background in delivering face-to-face or digital workshop
• Knowledge of information architecture related to the digital workspace
• Native level Japanese; business level English
