データサイエンティスト/ Data Scientist

An international IT company is looking for a Data Scientist. The chosen applicant will be responsible for understanding business processes and implementing impactful AI solutions. This is a hybrid setup position.

Responsibilities:

• Capture and understand existing business processes to implement successful AI Solutions
• Bridge the gap between IT and the business by developing business cases and capturing requirements
• Deliver data-informed recommendations to project managers, executives, and stakeholders
• Articulate business needs of AI solutions while working with the solutions team
• Guide AI projects towards success by understanding the business landscape and AI capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop effective AI solutions

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, or related fields
• More than 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist in either SIer or Product-based company
• Experience in data analysis using programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience in directly facing clients
• Experience in AI-related technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision is preferred
• Experience in major cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azur) is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills is preferred
• Native level Japanese
