アナリスト/ Analyst

A global financial institution is looking for an Analyst. The selected candidate will support customer experience by resolving hardware and software issues while maintaining IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a dedicated resource in advanced technology customer experience
• Respond to calls regarding software and hardware queries and concerns
• Maintain hardware inventories, application profiles, procedure databases and the technology knowledge center
• Oversee calls (logging, taking ownership, updating, and closing calls correctly)
• Serve as the lead coordinator for all desktop inquiries relevant to assigned project activities
• Work with tech infrastructure teams (run and build) to resolve current state concerns and plan for future states

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of technology-related experience
• Experience in a client-prioritised, service-oriented setting
• Prior experience documenting support procedures and training/mentoring peers on troubleshooting and supporting newly installed technology equipment or products
• Proven experience troubleshooting in AV, telephony products and equipment networking basics, etc.
• Background supporting meetings using MS Teams, Crestron and Polycom devices, and various headset models
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology
• Possess valid MCSE certification or equivalent
