外資系食品飲料メーカーにてデータアナリストの募集です。データ分析アプリケーションのアーキテクチャ提案やデータフローの定義などを行っていただきます。データアナリストとしてのご経験をお持ちの方にご活躍いただけます。ハイブリッド勤務が可能です。勤務地は兵庫県です。

職務内容:

• データ分析アプリケーションのアーキテクチャを提案し、技術的な要素やデータフローを定義
• データ分析チームと連携し、マーケットにおいて適切な技術・ツール・フレームワークを評価・選択
• 特定のデータ分析アプリケーションの開発・運用・保守
• データソース・システム・プラットフォームの統合を監督し、データフローを円滑化
• データ分析アプリケーションの拡張性とパフォーマンスを確保し、効率を最適化
• セキュリティ対策を実施し、コンプライアンス基準と規制に準拠
• ビジネスオーナーやベンダーを含むステークホルダーと協力し、要件を理解し、技術的なソリューションを伝達
• デザイン文書や技術仕様を含むドキュメントを作成・維持
• データ分析アプリケーションのパフォーマンスと効果を継続的に監視・改善

応募要件:

• 大卒（コンピュータサイエンス、データサイエンス、または関連分野）
• データアナリストまたは同様の役割のハンズオン実績・経験3年以上
• クラウドプラットフォームおよびサービス経験（Snowflake・Azure SQL DB・AWS RedShift・Databricksのいずれか）
• プロジェクトやITベンダーの管理経験、もしくはITベンダーと共同作業した経験
• データ統合・データモデリング・データベース管理経験・知識
• データ分析の技術・ツール・フレームワークに関する高い知識（Python・SQL必須、いずれか1つのBIツール経験尚可）
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力
• コミュニケーションレベルの英語力（TOEIC700点以上尚可）
• 伝統的機械学習（分類・予測）、AI（NLP、CV等）アプリケーションの開発経験歓迎
• アジャイル開発経験歓迎
• FMCGまたは関連業界での経験歓迎
• ビジネスレベルの英語力歓迎
• 日本での就労資格

A global consumer goods company is looking for a Data Analyst. The selected candidate will develop and maintain analytical applications, ensuring efficient data integration and system performance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Design architecture for analytical applications, defining technical elements and data flows
• Collaborate with IT analytics teams to evaluate and select technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Act as a product owner to develop, operate, and maintain analytical applications
• Oversee data integration, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms
• Optimise application scalability and performance
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with regulations
• Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to align technical solutions with business needs
• Lead documentation efforts for design and technical specifications
• Monitor and enhance application performance by adopting emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, data science, or related field
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
• Practical experience with cloud platforms and services (Snowflake, Azure MLOps, Databricks, etc.)
• Prior experience in agile development is ideal
• Experience in FMCG or related industries is a plus
• Strong knowledge of analytical tools and frameworks (Python, Snowflake, etc.)
• Proficiency in data integration, modelling, and database management
• Ability to manage projects and IT vendors effectively
• Business level Japanese and English (TOEIC 700+)
