CRMアシスタントマネージャー/ CRM Assistant Manager

A global retail company is looking for a CRM Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will drive local deployment and enhancement of CRM digital tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead local rollout of CRM product upgrades and enhancements
• Collaborate with global product teams to communicate market feedback
• Conduct UAT and validate CRM-related data
• Report system bugs and manage incident resolution
• Create and maintain user documentation
• Support and train users across retail stores and customer care center

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in CRM digital products or clienteling
• Experience with Salesforce products (SFSC/SFMC, etc.)
• Prior experience in data validation/UAT
• Proven experience in data handling is ideal
• Understanding of the act of personal information protection and management process of personal information
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
