ITインフラストラクチャー/ IT Infrastructure

A multinational luxury fashion brand is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional. The selected candidate will manage the IT infrastructure and lead technical projects across stores and offices. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance of local infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi in stores and offices
• Support global and regional infrastructure projects, including upgrades and migrations
• Oversee local IT infrastructure vendors and monitor service delivery
• Provide level 2 support and consultation to meet business needs
• Coordinate with central teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Improve IT operations in collaboration with local and global teams
• Lead technical planning and execution for store openings, renewals, and closures
• Deliver IT support for pop-up events
• Propose workflow and vendor management improvements for store projects
• Communicate with Retail Operations and Store Planning teams to align infrastructure with business requirements

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including networks, architecture, and monitoring
• Prior project management experience
• Experience in retail is a plus
• Proficient in vendor coordination and technical planning
• Native level Japanese; business level English
